Sgreen Stripper Emulsion Remover
Sgreen® Emulsion Stripper is an environmentally conscious, iodine-based emulsion stripper, specifically formulated to cut through oils to degrade and remove emulsion quickly. Used in concentrate or diluted form, SGREEN® STRIPPER will economically and safely remove all types of photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions without etching.
Usage Information:
This product is concentrated.
1. Remove any ink residue, block-out, or tape, then flush the screen with water.
2. Apply SGREEN® EMULSION STRIPPER by spray, brush, or dip tank application. Use in concentrated form or dilute 1:3 ratio with water.
3. Allow SGREEN® EMULSION STRIPPER to penetrate the emulsion. Assist with a mesh-friendly scrub pad as needed. The recommended duration before rinsing is approximately 30 seconds. Thoroughly rinse screen with high-pressure water making sure to remove all emulsion and residue.
4. Do not allow SGREEN® EMULSION STRIPPER to dry on screen. Dried stripper will chemically lock the emulsion making it very difficult to reclaim the screen.
Storage Information:
Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not freeze.
General Safety Precautions:
Keep out of reach of children. Mild acidic material. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling.
FIRST AID: Eyes Flush for 15 minutes, seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Swallowed: Drink large quantities of water and get immediate medical attention.
Skin: Wash with soap and water, seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY: Non-flammable. Degrades naturally in environment.
