Until now, the only way to add a metallic finish was by mixing metallic paints when screen printing.
We’ve made it as easy as adding a spot color.
Choose from these 28 options. Highlight part of a logo or text. Add a little flair to your strokes. Or create a design entirely out of matte metallics. It’s up to you.
Matching Colors
Once the metallic process is applied, the colors will be distorted significantly from what appears on screen. Use your physical swatches to reference these colors, to see how they come out in real life.
Spot Metallic
This option is used when you only want specific colors in your artwork to be made metallic. To achieve this, vector artwork is necessary. When ordering this option, create your artwork with CMYK values matching the provided Color Option swatches listed bellow. List out what parts of your artwork is required to be metallic in the Notes or Special Instructions fields, using the M-codes and / or CMYK breakdowns.
Single Color Metallic
Using a single-color design, specify the color you want your artwork to be printed with in the Notes or Special Instructions field - either Silver or Gold.
Flood Metallic
With this option, we apply the silver ink to the entire artwork file. The metallic effect will be more visible in lighter colors and less visible in the darker.
Please Note: any white in your artwork will turn silver.
When ordering this option, please specify in the Notes or Special Instructions field that the order is to use Flood Metallic.
